Remote Coaching

For people who are ready to stop managing their body and start inhabiting it.

Most people who reach out for remote coaching aren’t beginners.

They’ve trained before. They know what a squat is. They’ve had stretches — sometimes years — where they were consistent, felt good, moved well.

And then life reorganized itself. A job change, a move, a family, a long season of just getting through it. The body that once felt capable started to feel like something they were managing rather than living in.

That’s the gap this coaching exists to close.

What This Is

Remote coaching with Happy Body Berlin is a structured, ongoing relationship — not a program you download and do alone.

You get a coach who knows your body, your history, your constraints, and your goals. Someone who adjusts when life shifts. Someone who holds the long view when you can’t.

Here’s what’s included:

  • Personalised programming built around your movement capacity, schedule, and equipment
  • Bi-weekly 20-minute coaching calls — focused accountability, not small talk
  • Daily monitoring via Trainerize, integrated with your wearable and MyFitnessPal data
  • Nutrition and habit tracking — not a meal plan, but a framework that actually fits your life
  • Monthly progress reviews — where you’ve been, where you’re going, what needs to shift

The platform is low-friction. You log workouts, meals, and sleep in one place. I see it, respond to it, and coach you based on what’s actually happening — not what you hope is happening.

What This Is Not

This isn’t a fitness app. It isn’t a template.

There are excellent tools that will give you a 12-week program and a macro target. This isn’t that. If all you need is a program, I’ll tell you that on our first call and point you somewhere good.

What I offer is a coaching relationship — with a human being who has thought deeply about how bodies move, how habits form, and what it takes for training to become a permanent part of a well-lived life.

The Philosophy Behind the Work

I believe training is a redemptive practice.

Not in the sense of punishment or compensation — not training because you ate too much or because you hate how you look. That’s a trap, and it doesn’t last.

Redemptive in the sense of reclaiming something. Your capacity. Your confidence. Your right relationship with your own body. The experience of being strong, mobile, and at home in yourself — not as an aesthetic achievement but as a foundation for everything else you’re trying to do and be.

That’s what we’re building. Slowly, steadily, with intention.

Who This Is For

Remote coaching works best for people who:

  • Live outside Berlin and want structured, expert guidance they can trust
  • Are 35–55, busy, and done with programs that only work if your life is frictionless
  • Have some training history but no clear path forward
  • Are willing to invest seriously — in time, attention, and money — in their long-term health
  • Want a coach, not a cheerleader

It’s not the right fit if you’re looking for the cheapest option, a quick transformation, or someone to do the thinking for you. The work requires your participation. I provide the direction.

The Investment

$3,500 per year.

Billed annually. Includes everything listed above.

That’s less than the cost of a single month of in-person training with me in Berlin — for a full year of daily oversight, personalised programming, and direct access to a coach with over a decade of experience across strength, mobility, and nutrition.

Spots are limited. I work with a small number of remote clients by design — because the work requires real attention, not a roster.

How to Apply

There’s a short application below. It takes about five minutes.

I read every application personally. If it looks like a good fit, I’ll reach out to schedule a free 20-minute introductory call — no pressure, just a conversation to see if this makes sense for both of us.

If it’s not the right fit, I’ll tell you honestly and suggest what might serve you better.
